Interprofession du Gruyère is organising a varied and enriching programme over 3 half-days, including a visit to one of the facilities run by each stakeholder and a presentation of the key issues for the smooth running of the industry.
The goal of these three exchange sessions is to strengthen collaboration among the various players in the industry and deepen understanding of how the IPG works. By getting to know each other better, we can foster stronger mutual understanding. You are all producers of Le Gruyère AOP, and you can take pride in crafting a product that is renowned not only in Switzerland but around the world. Enhancing the sense of belonging will help preserve the identity of Le Gruyère AOP and maintain the autonomy of the industry in an increasingly globalised market.
Each session consists of a package of three half-days of training: one with a cheese maturing company, one with a cheese maker, and one with a milk producer. The sessions will be followed by a friendly meal or aperitif.
This training is reserved for members of the Le Gruyère AOP industry.
