100 gcubed Gruyère AOP

100 gvegetable brunoise (mini diced vegetables)

Preparation

In a large bowl, mix the cooked lentils, Gruyère AOP, vegetables, egg, salt and pepper until well combined.

Form burger patties using a circular pastry cutter.

Grill both sides of the burgers in a frying pan on a low heat.
