8 slicesof pork loin, 50g each, cut very thinly

4 slicesof smoked bacon

100 gGruyère AOP grated
Preparation
- Spread out the pork slices.
- Sprinkle the grated Gruyère AOP on the slices.
- Roll each slice up like a cigar.
- Wrap the skewer with the smoked bacon.
- Grill for 3 minutes on each side in a frying pan.
