Le Gruyère AOP is honored to have received the visit of Edward T. McMullen Jr.
The U.S. ambassador met Michael Spycher in his cheese dairy in Fritzenhaus. He was crowned world champion at the World Championship Cheese Contest 2020 earlier this year.
