The 12th World Tasting Championship took place on Saturday, 12 October, at the esteemed Château Dauzac in Margaux, France. This prestigious event brought together 40 teams from 39 countries. With their remarkable finesse and expertise in identifying grape varieties and wine-growing regions, the Swiss team distinguished itself by claiming a commendable 2nd place, narrowly trailing behind Italy.
This exceptional performance underscores the excellence of the Swiss terroir in the wine industry, an expertise that Le Gruyère AOP Switzerland proudly supports by promoting Swiss talent on the international stage.
