Competition - Conditions of participation

Competition
As part of the launch of our new campaign, we wanted to thank you for your support and give you the chance to win a 6-month subscription to Gruyère AOP (6 vouchers each worth CHF 20.- to buy Gruyère AOP at a cheese dairy).
To take part you need to answer the question 'How many cheese wheels can you see in this maturing cellar? Between 150 and 200, 200 and 250, 250 and 300, 300 and 350 or 350 and 400?' by commenting on the competition post on Facebook () or Instagram () before midnight on 16th December 2020.
The winners will be drawn at random from the correct answers on 17th December 2020 and contacted by private message so that they can receive their price.

Game's rules
- Participation in the competition of Le Gruyère AOP is possible from 14th October to 16th December 2020 on the corresponding Gruyère AOP posts on Facebook* or Instagram*.
- All those who answered the question correctly can take part in the draw.
- Answers to the competition received after 16th December 2020 will not be taken into account, regardless of the reason for the delay. The date and time of the electronically recorded entry will be decisive. The Interprofession du Gruyère accepts no responsibility for entries received after the deadline and cannot be held liable for any technical malfunctions that may occur during transmission, in particular in the event of network, electronic or computer failure.
- The draw will take place the day after the end of the competition. The winners will then be informed by the Interprofession du Gruyère by private message.
- If, for reasons for which the winner is solely responsible (e.g. incorrect or incomplete information), a winner cannot be informed by private message, the winner shall no longer be entitled to the prize.
- The winner will be notified by private message and will have to communicate his or her postal address within 7 days following the notification of his or her prize so that it can be sent to him or her. In the absence of a reply within this period, the right to the prize will expire. This also applies if the private message is sorted by the winner's spam filter and is therefore not read by the winner. The period begins to run from the time the message is sent.
- Any conversion into money or any modification or exchange of the prize is prohibited.
- All operating costs, secondary costs and consequential costs related to the prize or its receipt and/or use are borne by the participant. All participants accept that the prize may be replaced individually by another prize of the same value.
