- Friday May 2, 6:00 pm: Big party open to the public Saturday.
- May 3 & Sunday May 4: Family activities all day long at Maison du Gruyère.
- Sunday May 4 Fête du Fromage à Gruyères: watch how Le Gruyère AOP is made in the Confrérie chalet.
