Results of the alp cheese competition in Olma

Prizes for Le Gruyère d'Alpage AOP

Le Gruyère d'Alpage AOP of François Briggen, Alpage Les Fruitières, Nyon, won the third price in the category hard cheese. 

This cheese was matured by Magnenat SA.

Le Gruyère d'Alpage AOP of Philippe et Michaël Ruffieux, Alpage Varvalanna, Val de Charmey, won the sixth price in the category hard cheese. 

This cheese was matured by La Coopérative fribourgeoise des producteurs de fromages d'Alpage.
